In the advert for PFConfig my router was listed as one which PFConfig was set up to deal with. After purchasing PFConfig I find out that it is NOT. I have a NetGear FVG 318 Router. What do I have to do to get this router included in the list your program automatically sets up? Can you do that for me? And, incidentally, I don't really want to attempt to port forward my router manually - thus the decision to purchase PFConfig. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.

The router is supported, but you've probably missed the Update button that's found on the list with the routers. Run the software, go to the Port Forward section, then click on the Update button. Select the router from the list and enter the administration password and username. Keep in mind that you need to meet the requirements (specific version installed on router) in order to configure the router automatically.
